While the sneak peek does not include the Skims founder’s answer, she previously told Variety that she “definitely” talks about the “Saturday Night Live” star, 28, on her family’s forthcoming Hulu series, “The Kardashians,” but had not “filmed with him.” Khloé, understandably, seems more hesitant to discuss Thompson, 31, given his history of cheating and, most recently, fathering a child with another woman. “Oh my lord,” the Good American designer quips in the trailer when Roberts turns the conversation to love by asking, “Where do things stand? How are you all doing?” "Tristan made numerous false and defamatory statements and declarations about Maralee over the past few months, and she is taking his contrite statement today in the context of all of those statements," they continued. The birth certificate for the 3-month-old, obtained by PEOPLE, first revealed Theo's name. In a statement shared with PEOPLE from the new mom, she added that the athlete was not named on the birth certificate "because he was not present at Theo's birth." In January, Thompson confirmed he fathered the child, writing on his Instagram Story, "I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son," he continued. "I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."
