On December 31st, Kanye, 44, announced on his Instagram page that he'll be performing live in Miami for New Year's Eve. "Happy new year to y’all," he captioned the post alongside a concert poster that advertised a lineup with rappers Future, Quavo and Justin Laboy. Its exact location wasn't disclosed. The concert would put him in the same city as Pete, 28, who is hosting a live TV special with Miley Cyrus. Pete also reportedly "asked" Kanye's ex Kim, 41, to join him there, as they have been growing closer. Kardashian even threw her new beau a birthday party for his 28th on November 16. 'Kim is so into him. [Kim and Pete] are both really cuddly and affectionate with each other,' a source told as another insider shared with Us Weekly that the unlikely pair are getting 'serious' with one another. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's friends think he's 'exactly what [ Kim] needed' after her split from Kanye. The comedian - who has previously dated the Kate Beckinsale and Kaia Gerber - is helping the TV star to move on from her marriage. An insider recently said: 'He's exactly what Kim needed after her divorce - someone to make her laugh and just have a fun time with. 'The end of her marriage was a very dark time for her and Pete has been the best antidote.' The source said that he is “really excited” to celebrate his career and personal life on NYE. They said: “As New Year’s comes closer, he has already asked for Kim to join him in Miami." The source added that Kim may even appear on stage. "It is not out of the realm of possibility that they may appear together as the ball drops on the special,” the source said. “He’s leaving it all in her hands-on if she wants to join or not, the invite has been made.” The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum was said to have met up with the comic at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles for a lunch date over the weekend.
